Viholansaaren eteläpäässä Hyvölänniemen puoleisella reunalla oleva 16,4555 ha:n kokoinen metsätila. Kiinteistön auto- ja venepaikkaoikeus on Hyvölänniemellä Haalanmäentien loppupään venerannassa. Vesimatkaa venepaikalta saareen on noin 350 m. Kiinteistöllä on koivu/mäntyvaltaista puustoa noin 2350 m3, josta on metsänhoitosuositusten mukaan heti hakattavissa noin 450 m3. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
